Srinagar 30 April (KNO) : Senior Hurriyat leader and Chairman Islamic Political Party JK Mohammad Yousuf Naqash while strongly condemning the killing of yet another civilian Shahid Ashraf by occupation forces paid tributes to the Pulwama youth who achieved martyrdom pursuing the mission of freedom.

Naqash further said that due to lingering Kashmir dispute, our fourth generation is pushed to the wall and forced to take extreme steps. He further said that this dance of death and destruction will not stop unless Kashmir is solved in a human perspective in accordance with the wishes and aspirations of struggling and sacrificing Kashmiris.

Castigating India and its puppet administration for waging war against innocent civilians, Naqash said that forced occupation have turned the peaceful territory into slaughter house, where people are compelled to carry coffins of their youngsters. He further said that New Delhi should understand the ground situation in occupied territory and should understand that military might can’t suppress our sentiments or break our resolve and as such should take steps for its amicable and lasting resolution in accordance with UN resolutions if it really wants to see peace, prosperity and development in South Asia.

Naqash expressed his deep concern over the continuous raids and detention of political leaders and activists, saying that slapping of PSA against senior activist of Muslim League and shifting to Kotbhalwal is extreme barbaric step and violation of fundamental human rights.
